About Adrienne Heinrich:
Adrienne Heinrich was educated in Cleveland Ohio at the Cleveland Institute of Art. As a fine artist, she is represented in the permanent collections of the Carnegie Museum of Art, the Southern Alleghenies Museum of Art, the Heinz Endowments, and the Contemporary Museum of Montecatini, Italy. Adrienne has been an adjunct professor at Carnegie Mellon University and Seton Hill University. She has been a PA Residency Artist for 12 years. Her work is represented in over sixty corporate collections and many private collections. She was the first recipient of the WMAA exhibition award given at the Associated Artists of Pittsburgh Annual, followed by a one person exhibition at the Westmoreland Museum of American Art. She has been awarded eleven jurors’ awards in the AAP Exhibitions held at the Carnegie Museum of Art and has developed a high school student outreach program for the AAP called Visual Arts Career Orientation. Subsequently, she led a program in the Pittsburgh Public Schools helping middle school students researching the works in the Friends of Art Collection owned and displayed in the schools. In 2002, Adrienne Heinrich was awarded the honor of Pittsburgh Artist of the Year, which included a major exhibition at the Pittsburgh Center for the Arts.
