BUT WAIT, THERE’S MORE
Curated by Heather Hershberger

But Wait, There's More! is an exhibition featuring the work of six artists that explore the acceleration of consumerism from the Golden Age of Capitalism to the present. Curated by Heather Hershberger, the work in the exhibition nods to the capitalist perfection manifested in the work of Pittsburgh-native Andy Warhol while paying special attention to the effects of hyperconsumerism in the late 20th and early 21st centuries. By examining the discarded and the found, and taking inspiration from the visual language of pop art, But Wait, There's More! invites its audience to question those feelings of more, next, and what else we find ourselves navigating today.
Featuring the the work of:
Casey Connelly, Penny Mateer, Paul Mullins, Aaron Regal, Blaine Siegel, and Quaishawn Whitlock
