Hullett Properties is providing this free catered tour of their affordable housing space to artists in our network at our request.
The available units are Project-Based Vouchers, with rent based on the tenant's income. The maximum income limit is 50% AMI: currently $38,600 for a one-person household and $44,200 for a two-person household.
