Vending at this event is available to any photographers residing in or around Pittsburgh.
Note that this is your official application and does not guarantee your spot in the fair. We will do our best to include as many artists as possible! Our panel will carefully review all submissions, and all selected vendors will be notified by October 1, 2025.
The event will happen in Wilkinsburg on Saturday, November 15th from 12-5pm and will be open to the public.
There is a non-refundable $10 application fee this year to help us cover the costs that go into making this event happen. Details on how to pay and complete your application are at the bottom of the page. If you are accepted to vend this year, your application fee will directly go toward the table fee of $35.
