New member screening

Membership into the Associated Artists of Pittsburgh can be obtained through a juried process.  Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and live or maintain a studio within a 150-mile radius of Pittsburgh. New Members join through a new member screening or the Annual Exhibition. The Associated Artists of Pittsburgh holds new member screenings at least once a year. For the new member screening, artists can submit 3-5 works of art, artist statement, resume/C.V., and website for consideration. For the Annual Exhibition, artists can submit only one work of art.  Artists must pay a fee for either process.
