Visual Arts Career Orientation Program

For the past 18 years, AAP has led the Visual Arts Career Orientation program that gives high school students in some of the most economically challenged communities in Allegheny County the opportunity to work side-by-side with professional artists. The program gives students hands-on experience creating art, encouraging participants to develop their own artistic talent, and demonstrating what it takes to be a successful professional artist.
