The Associated Artists of Pittsburgh presents The Color of Being, an exhibition featuring AAP members Ashley Garner and Annie Heisey, curated by Jen Melvin.
 
Heisey and Garner’s colorful and surreal work depicts their perception of the world around them. They have created these visual records to bear witness, process, dissect and challenge their experiences and memories.

The Associated Artists of Pittsburgh presents Just Say’n, an exhibition showacasing the work of 47 AAP members curated by Jill Larson.

“Giving voice to what matters most is not a new concept for artists, but it has particular relevance today when more and more people are taking to the streets to express themselves through protest and personal stories shared with the media,” notes Larson. “This exhibition is a collective display of 47 voices whose vocabulary is visual, each with their own way of looking at the world.”
