AAP NEW Members Exhibition

Eligibility:

Juried in as a new member during

2001, 2002, 2003

One work per artist.

All media accepted (including 3 dimensional).

All WORK ACCEPTED (non-juried show).

WHERE: Univ. of Pittsburgh Gallery, Frick Fine Arts Bldg. WHEN: May 21 to June 30, 2004

DELIVER WORK: May 6th & 7th (10AM-2PM)

RECEPTION: May 21, 6 to 9 PM

PICK-UP: July 1st & 2nd (times tba)

Location: To University of Pittsburgh Gallery,            Frick Fine Arts Bldg.:

Part of the University of Pittsburgh’s Campus, across from the entrance of the Carnegie Library and

Opposite the University parking lot. Same place as last year’s Annual! (Gallery Director - Josie Pillar)

ENTRY DEADLINE:

February 28, 2004

Details:

1.        Entry Fee ($15.) due at time of delivery work (May 6 & 7).

2.      The gallery has requested that ALL artwork must be:

                    - under 5’ in all directions

                        - under 50lbs

                        - no animal or vegetable inclusions

3.          Exhibiting Artists RESPONSIBILITIES include: GALLERY SITTING, RECEPTION,

·       Entry Fee to accompany the work is $15. Check payable to AAP
